Ingredients:
  • 500 g clams
  • 500 g mussels
  • 400 g crawfish
  • 300 g squid
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dry parsley
  • basil
  • Olive oil
Instructions:
First of all, you have to boil the clams and mussels, so as to open them. Cleaning clams and mussels is quite a long and complex task. It will require hours of soaking, between 6 and 8. This must be done in an apposite pot. In a frying pan, brown the garlic cloves in the oil, add the squid and some of your dry parsley. Cook for 20 minutes. Add then the mussels, clams and some of the water in which they were plunged. Add crawfish, and cook for 10 minutes. In the meantime, in a large pot, start your water to boil the pasta. Serve hot.
